A FEW OF MY FAVORITE GUYS!!

Each one of these guys hold a special place in my heart and I can't tell them or show them enough how much I love them! They are Garrett's friends and are some of the most amazing young men you will ever meet. For those of you who follow my blog who may not know them here is a little background; top left is Austin Winningham who just came home from his mission in Australia this week, he was working with Garrett at the time of his accident, and Garrett's death helped him to make the right decision to serve a mission.(way to go Austin) Top right is Breckon Simonsen he was with Garrett in the truck and I am so glad that those boys made the decision to jump because I know if they hadn't Breckon wouldn't be here to pose with me in this picture.(Breckon there IS a reason that you're here) Bottom left is Tyler Bowler as I am typing the tears are rolling down my cheeks, Garrett had a lot of best friends but I think this boy was really close to the top in fact he just called me on the phone this morning to see how I was doing. He never lets an opportunity go by to give me a hug or call to see how I'm doing. (I know you miss him as much as I do Tyler) Middle right is Kaden Ivie he calls me mom which I totally love, we were both at the Dixie Game this last week and we never pass up an opportunity to chat, he even thought I was in my early 30's so now I love him even more. Kaden was also working with Garrett and all of them except for Tyler were sharing a room in Brian Head where they were working at the time of the accident. (thanks Kaden I really am 39) Bottom right is Mitch Frei who is the kindest, sweetest guy I know. That first year after Garrett's death he must have come to my house once a month just to chat, visit or bring me flowers. Everytime I see him he lifts my spirits with his infectious smile and his total concern for me. (Julie I get to count him as my boy too)
I love all of them and appreciate the way that they remember me and Garrett and hope they realize he is right here watching over us.
