I'm LOVING the rock and how it's updating this 1980's house. The mortar will be a dark brown to match the mortar in the brick. The rock guy is working on rock between the two bedroom windows today. What do you think?

The rock is looking good. Just be glad you are doing your wood floors the way you are as we have had to stay a hotel the past two nights because of the smell of the stain!!! Holy cow. They warned us but it was 3X as bad as they said!!
i think you should take a picture of the whole house with the new entry way but it's lookin good
